Kaipo is a retired Hawai'i hospitality professional. Most recently, as director, cultural experiences with Outrigger Hospitality Group, he integrated his passion for hospitality and the Hawaiian culture with many of the organization's business practices including organizational culture, talent and leadership development, sales and marketing, hotel operations and the guest experience. Additionally, Kaipo assisted the company's global executive teams with incorporating their cultural norms and values with their business strategies and operations.
Kaipo is also a Hawaiian Kahu, or cultural practitioner, schooled in various aspects of cultural protocol, lomilomi massage, and he is a Haku Ho'oponopono, a certified facilitator in the traditional Hawaiian practice of conflict resolution and restoring relationships.
Kaipo recently founded his company, Inspiring Aloha LLC, to help individuals, families, groups, and organizations navigate relationship transitions and transgressions with clarity, purpose, and confidence using a cultural values-based approach.

Cindy Sakai is co-owner and co-founder of TH!NK® LLC, an award-winning business

businesses achieve their vision and goals.
Cindy brings years of expertise as an executive leadership coach and training
resultant, collaborating with leaders to create workplaces where trust, productive
conflict, commitment, accountability, and results thrive. Cindy’s superpower is
seeing the best in people and helping them discover their true potential.
Cindy holds certifications in innovative learning solutions including Everything DiSC,
Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and is certified in the New World
Kirkpatrick Model Bronze Level, which helps organizations to measure their
return on expectations when designing training programs.
A certified Dream Coach® and certified True Purpose Coach, Cindy holds a master’s
in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s in
business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. A Kapahulu resident, she serves
on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii, the Board of
Directors for the Society of Human Resource Management Hawaii Chapter, teaches
for the Masters of Human Resources program at the University of Hawaii’s Shidler
College of Business, and is the co-chair for the Eagle Scout Court of Honor
ceremony and celebration for Troop 10 in Hawaii. She is rooted in the belief that
giving creates better living!
Cindy has also co-authored two books, Direct Selling Power, where she shares her
expertise on creating a business model that values relationships yielding high-end
results, and Mom Entrepreneur Extraordinaire, which provides strategies to help
people grow their careers while balancing family. To recharge her mindset, Cindy
loves yoga, the beach, distance walking, hula, quilting traveling, and doing it all with
