How do I register for an online course?
You can register online for a course with a credit card, and have immediate access to the course by selecting it from the catalog of CAI's online products at http://cai.mycrowdwisdom.com/diweb/catalog. To register for a course see "Pay for an Online Course by Check" in the left navigation of this page.
How do I access online courses or webinars that I've already purchased?
To access your online course(s) and/or webinars:
- Click on the "My CAI" link at the top right of the CAI website.
- Select "My Online Learning." If you are not already logged into CAI’s website, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and CAI password.
- Under your program title, click the “Launch” button to get started.
What features are unique to the online courses?
The online courses are self-paced and typically contain: (1) audio to reinforce learning, (2) end-of-lesson quizzes and (3) numerous interactive activities. The online courses allow learners to take the final exam online and immediately find out whether or not they passed. The online courses also typically incorporate reading assignments and webinars; students are expected to complete these assignments and are tested on them. Online courses are designed to allows students to review the material at their own pace and according to their schedule. They must be completed within 120 days (4 months) and can be launched anywhere with internet access.
How long are the online courses?
CAI's online courses are rigorous and require the learner to review every slide before they can take the final exam.

How does the final exam work?
Final exams for online courses are included in the course at the end. The M-100 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, the 200-level course exams consist of 40-50 multiple-choice questions, M-300 is 10 multiple-choice and true-false questions, and the M-320 and M-350 are 20 multiple-choice questions. Learners must receive a score of 70% to pass the course. If the learner does not achieve 70%, he or she will have one additional opportunity to retake the exam. Once the exam is passed, the learner will receive an electronic certificate of completion.
Will I receive continuing education credit for the online courses?
All of CAI’s online courses and webinars offer continuing education credit toward CAI credentials. CAI’s online programs may not be approved for credit toward your specific state license, where appropriate. Review a list of approved courses for DRE/CAM credit.
What technology or equipment do I need to take an online course?
We reecommend launching an online course with the latest version of Google Chrome and on a PC or laptop computer. Learn more about the technical requirements for taking a CAI online course or webinar.
