CAI Law Seminar Schedule Set

12/6/2000  -  Alexandria, VA

The 22nd Annual Community Association Law Seminar, sponsored by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a two-day forum exploring future trends and practices of law in homeowner associations, condominium associations and cooperatives, will be held Feb. 16-17, 2001, at the Regent Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Law Seminar is developed by CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers as part of its commitment to advancing the knowledge and practice of community association law. After the seminar, attendees will be prepared to deal with the most pressing issues facing condominiums and homeowner associations today, know how to plan for the next five years in the practice of association law, and have a valuable network of colleagues around the country.

CAI has assembled a distinguished faculty of speakers from all across the country to speak on the pressing issues facing our industry today. Topics will include a case law update, document interpretation guidelines, special financial transactions, an update on the latest telecommunication developments, architectural review and approval, and much more.

Attendees who register by Jan. 12 will receive a $30 discount off the registration price. For more information, or to receive a registration packet, call CAI Central at (703) 548-8600, or visit CAI's Web site at www.caionline.org.

The Community Associations Institute is a nonprofit association created in 1973 to educate and represent the nation's 210,000 community associations—condominium associations, homeowner associations and cooperatives. CAI members include homeowners, associations and related professionals and service providers.
