CAI ANNOUNCES 2021 CHAPTER AWARDS RECOGNIZING INNOVATION, RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES, AND OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS.

May 26, 2022 — Falls Church, Va. — Community Associations Institute (CAI) announced the recipients of the 2021 Chapter Awards, celebrating the successful initiatives that contribute to the success of CAI and the community association housing model.

The Coachella Valley Chapter and North Carolina Chapter received the Excellence Award— recognizing overall excellence in public affairs, membership, chapter management & development, member services, and leadership.

Five chapters were honored for Chapter Operations &  Sustainability by creating initiatives focused on strengthening the internal workings of the chapter.

Five chapters received the Membership Engagement Award which honors services improving and enhancing overall membership experience, satisfaction, and value of CAI.

Four chapters received the Public Affairs Award for building the CAI brand and making the community aware of the services and resources available.
