​Special room rates are available for Large-Scal​e Manager Workshop registrants at the Hyatt Regency Dulles for $149 per night. CAI discounted rates are available September 21-25, 2021​. Group guestroom rates will apply three (3) days prior to and three (3) days following Workshop dates based on availability. ​​

​​A limited number of rooms have been reserved and will be held as a block until filled or until Monday, September 7, 2020 at which time they will be released to the public. All attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the Workshop hotel. Please make your reservations early!​​

TRAVEL:

Hyatt Regency Dulles is 5 miles to Dulles International Airport,​ or 28 miles to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Complimentary shuttle service (call 703-713-1234) ​to and from the hotel are offered to and from:​

            Dulles International Airport

                        Begins at 4:15 AM – 12:30 AM​
                        Shuttle leaves the hotel at 15's and 45's of each hour
                        Arrives at airport on hour, and half hour
                        At ground transportation curb 2a and 2h

            Reston Town Center

                        Begins at 4:45 AM – 8:45 PM
                        Shuttle leaves the hotel at 4:45 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8:45 PM

Hotel parking is complimentary for attendees.

Taxi services are available from the airport to the hotel and can be arranged upon arrival. Rental car agencies are also on-site in airport terminals. Private transportation services are also an option.

WEATHER:

Average weather in late September is mild in Loudoun County, Virginia. Average temperatures are low 70s during the day and upper 50s at night. Attire for the event is casual. Attendees should be prepared with comfortable footwear for plenty of walking (inside and out).

AREA ATTRACTIONS

Fairfax County, where the hotel is located, is filled with interesting places to explore and lots of fun things to do. Discover exciting Northern Virginia activities surrounding our hotel, like Shenandoah National Park, more than 80 wineries and vineyards, and local championship golf course. Take a short Metro ride to DC and check out popular landmarks, museums and national monuments. Or hop on the free shuttle to Reston Town Center and enjoy a day of shopping.
