Coordinator, Chapter Relations 

Hybrid position (In Falls Church, VA office 1-2 days/week) (fully remote candidates will not be considered) 

General Summary 

Join our dynamic team as the Coordinator of Chapter Relations and play a key role in shaping our chapters' success! In this position, you'll manage chapter records, streamline communication with stakeholders, and provide vital programmatic support. We're looking for a highly organized, member-centric individual with outstanding coordination skills and a keen eye for detail. Reporting to the Director of Chapter Development & Operations, you'll collaborate with chapter leaders, staff, association leaders, and various teams within the organization. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our work aligns with the high standards and mission of the Institute, its affiliates, and CAI's commitment to equity and diversity. Primary Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including communication with chapters, managing mailings and material requests, maintaining contact information, and overseeing internal calendars/timelines. 

  • Upload monthly chapter reports to the leadership section of the website, manage monthly documents distribution, including chapter rebate checks and supporting documentation, and track monthly chapter retention. 

  • Oversee the annual chapter recertification process and conduct initial reviews of submissions. 

  • Offer virtual technical support and perform video editing for chapter programs. 

  • Maintain the Chapter Relations Department Annual calendar. 

  • Support chapter leadership training programs by organizing logistics and managing administrative items. 

  • Additional tasks related to chapter operations and engagement. 

 

Requirements 

Minimum of a High School Diploma required. Some college preferred or relevant office/association experience preferred.  

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Resourcefulness and critical thinking skills to make informed administrative decisions. 

  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and editing/proofreading skills. 

  • Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. 

  • Experience with Zoom, Higher Logic and NetForum (or other CRM) a plus 

 

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $50-55,000. Applications will be accepted through June 14th. Interviews will be conducted between June 17-28
